• Personal Identification Information: Full name, phone/mobile number, email address, profile photo, and demographic details provided during registration or booking.
• Event Details: Event date, muhurtham timing, ceremony type (wedding, reception, birthday, corporate event, puja), venue location, guest capacity, and personalized requirements.
• Vendor Business & KYC Data: Business name, vendor category (Catering, Function Hall, Photography, Pujari, Beautician, Decorator, Sound/Lights, etc.), business address, portfolio media/photographs, price packages, bank details for payouts, and identity verification credentials.
• Transaction & Payment Information: Payment mode, billing address, transaction IDs, advance booking receipt records, and platform wallet coin balances. Note: Sensitive payment card details and net banking credentials are encrypted and processed securely by RBI-authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay) and are never stored on our servers.
• Technical & Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging - FCM), and PWA installation telemetry for performance monitoring.

• Booking Coordination: Facilitating communication between customers and event vendors to confirm service dates, requirements, and venue logistics.
• Notifications & Updates: Sending real-time SMS, WhatsApp, email (via Brevo), and push notifications regarding booking confirmations, status updates, and reminders.
• Wallet & Rewards: Tracking reward coins earned through our Refer & Earn program and processing vendor withdrawal payouts.
• Trust & Quality Assurance: Verifying vendor authentications, curbing fraudulent accounts, and resolving dispute claims.
• Platform Enhancement: Improving user experience, optimizing site speed, and tailoring localized vendor listings across regions.

• With Confirmed Vendors / Customers: Once a booking or inquiry is placed, necessary contact details (such as name, phone number, and event address) are shared between the customer and vendor to allow seamless event execution.
• With Trusted Service Partners: Secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2 for media storage), transactional communication gateways (Brevo for email, SMS/WhatsApp gateways), and payment gateways (Razorpay) operating under strict data confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When required by applicable Indian law, judicial orders, or government authorities to comply with statutory legal processes.

4. Data Security & Storage

We deploy robust organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect your personal data:

• SSL / TLS Encryption: All web traffic and API endpoints are encrypted in transit using industry-standard 256-bit SSL protocols.
• Secure Cloud Storage: Images, brochures, and documents are stored securely using Cloudflare R2 object storage with restricted access permissions.
• Access Controls: Access to user and transaction records is strictly restricted to authorized administrative personnel on a need-to-know basis.
